Carbon Offsetting
Since the 2020 season, Monoposto Racing Club have been purchasing carbon offset credits for the greenhouse gas emissions from our activities. An proportion of each race entry fee is used and that amount is matched by the Monoposto Racing Club. We believe we are one of the first Motor Racing Clubs to offset their carbon production.

Monoposto offset 870 tonnes of CO2 via 870 Certified Emission Reductions (CERs), which have been pledged to the following worthy projects
- a hydro-electricity project in Chile
- a wind energy project in India
- an improved cooking stove project in Malawi
