ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held at 2.30pm, but please join us at 2pm for tea and coffee.
An informal discussion will follow the AGM. If you have a topic to raise in the discussion, please send it in advance.
EVENING
A welcome drink is included with your ticket and the drinks reception will be held from 6.30pm. You will be called through to dinner at 7.30pm. The Awards Presentation will take place between courses and conclude after the dinner.
