Monoposto SUNBAC Nova Awards (after round 8)
The Monoposto SUNBAC Nova Award is a new initiative for 2011, where the winning novice drivers will win some race entries for the 2012 season.
Each eligible driver, accrues class points towards the Nova Award, subject to number of race starters as per Monoposto regulation 1.6.1. As per Monoposto Class Championships, the best 12 of 14 results will count.
After eight rounds, Marcus Sheard (1800) has a 13point cushion over Chris Hill (1400) and John Rawlings (1000) who are in joint second place.
The points situation may change towards the end of a season as the best 12 of 14 scores will be counted.
