ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AGM will be held at 2.30pm, but please join us at 2pm for tea and coffee. (Times to be confirmed)

An informal discussion will follow the AGM.

EVENING

The evening will see pre dinner welcome drinks included in the ticket price, followed by a three course dinner and the awards ceremony.  

TICKETS

Tickets are £ TBA per person for the dinner and free for the AGM. A link for tickets will be posted shortly.

Using the 'book now' button, enter arrival date of 8th February 2025 and departure of 9th February 2025

Enter 2 adults as the search criteria and select 'book now'

Select the 'Event Bed and Breakfast' rate and add a room to the online basket

Check out, but during the booking process use the 'special requests' box to enter code 'MRC145'

Once the booking is received by our Reservations Team, the code will be noted and the rate will be confirmed as £145
