Monoposto Racing Club is very pleased to announce that Cartek Automotive Electronics has agreed to award a new Trophy for the Best Prepared Monoposto Car in any class at each Monoposto Championship Meeting.
The criteria for the Cartek Trophy will be more associated with preparation rather than purely appearance and will take into consideration a multitude of factors including hard work, ingenuity, safety, as well as cleanliness and overall appearance. It’s expected that these criteria will enable a variety of winners to be selected during the year, highlighting different approaches to achieving excellence in car preparation. Judging will be done by the Monoposto Eligibility Scrutineer and the Championship Co-ordinator. The award will be made on the first day of each meeting, giving the trophy-winning team the opportunity to showcase their work in the paddock.
In addition Cartek have offered a very attractive discount on their products to all Monoposto members.
Cartek Automotive Electronics Ltd manufacture a range of motorsport products but are most notable for producing very small, lightweight Solid State Battery Isolators. Another recent safety product from Cartek is the Coolant Level Sensor which will alert drivers if they are loosing water from their coolant system, perhaps from a punctured radiator or loose hose, before overheating and engine damage occurs.
