The Monoposto AGM, Dinner and Awards Presentation will again be held at DeVere Staverton Park. Come and join us for some good food, wine, a catch up with friends and fellow racers and of course the all important prizes!
This year, tickets are available to buy online by clicking on the link below. There is also the option to download and complete a paper form if you would prefer. There is no need to do both, if you choose to buy a ticket online you will be contacted to confirm any special dietary requirements and preferred table companions. No postage or collection of tickets is required, any reference to these on the payment page should be ignored.
If you will be attending the AGM only, please let us know by email, so we can plan numbers.
AGM & discussion forum (all welcome)
- Coffee/tea/biscuits – 2.00 pm
- AGM – 2.30 pm
- Followed by an informal discussion forum
- AGM Notice
Dinner & awards presentation in the County Suite.
Entry by ticket only (£41 per person)
- Drinks – 6.30 pm
- Evening dinner – 7.30 pm
- Awards presentation – 9.30 pm
- Disco – 10.00 pm – 01.00 am
Dress code: Black tie, or lounge suit for men.

Rooms can be booked directly with hotel reservation on 01327 302000.
The room rate with bed and breakfast is:
- £59 (Single occupancy)
- £69 (Double occupancy)

At time of writing, these prices are cheaper than booking.com for rooms with breakfast, rooms without breakfast are cheaper on booking.com and of course there may be some Black Friday deals on 24th November.
